    Overview

    Debt negotiation platform for TIM debt regularization, driven by SMS campaigns and built to handle peaks with millions of concurrent users.

    • Handled peaks of 5 to 10 million concurrent users during campaign-heavy periods
    • Built SMS and email queue workflows including payment-line notifications
    • Enabled instant PDF boleto generation through external services with client-specific layouts

    Architecture

    Full-stack architecture with React frontend, Node.js/PHP backend, transactional communication queues, and hybrid SOAP/REST integrations for high-scale collections.
